Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy and originality of their articles. It is the submitting authors' responsibility to avoid copyright violation and plagiarism.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to peer review and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. If approved by the Editor-in-Chief, submissions will be considered for peer reviewer and the reviewers identities will remain anonymous to the authors.
